I am Annyshah Zindani, owner of HomeCare Advocacy Network of Chattanooga. I feel very fortunate to be working in a business that allows me to give back to the community. I am committed to providing compassionate, personalized care to help families in Chattanooga navigate their caregiving journey with the support and dignity they deserve.
My passion for senior care is rooted in both personal and professional experience.
Caring for my late grandfather and grandmother, who has dementia, shaped my commitment to care for others. As a Registered Nurse with more than 10 years of experience, I learned the importance of dignity, compassion and continuity – principles that guide the way I operate the agency.
As the owner of HomeCare Advocacy Network Chattanooga, I prioritize consistent, compassionate care designed to meet each client’s unique needs. I am also committed to fostering a positive workplace environment – one in which the compassionate men and women on the caregiving team feel supported, valued and heard.

Executive Director
My name is Megan Humphrey, and I serve as the Executive Director of HomeCare Advocacy Network Chattanooga. I am committed to providing exceptional care to Chattanooga-area seniors, and supporting the compassionate men and women who make up our amazing caregiving team.
My passion for caregiving is rooted in personal experience. While caring for my mother, I developed a passion for making a difference in the lives of seniors and their families.
I have more than 15 years of experience working as a health care professional – honing my skills in various roles, including Certified Nursing Assistant, Residential Coordinator and Program Manager. In my role at HomeCare Advocacy Network, I am committed to delivering exceptional care to our clients and ensuring that our team members feel valued and supported.
Outside of the office, I love creating special memories with my children and grandchild. I also enjoy shopping, vacationing at the beach and coaching softball.
I am excited to provide exceptional care to Chattanooga-area seniors, and support the compassionate men and women who make up our amazing caregiving team.
