Now Hiring Caregivers in Chattanooga!

We are looking for dedicated, compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical home care to seniors in Chattanooga and the following counties: Bledsoe County, Bradley County, Marion County, McMinn County, Meigs County, Polk County, Rhea County, and Sequatchie County, and Hamilton County, TN.

Caregiver Responsibilities

Build rapport with clients by engaging in conversation and providing companionship.
Ensure the client’s home is organized according to their needs and that safety measures are in place.
Perform household duties such as light housework or meal preparation.
Provide emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks.
Transport or escort the client to medical and other appointments.
Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, and needs.

Caregiver Minimum Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Have a valid driver’s license
Caregivers must be compassionate, friendly, respectful, and have excellent communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, which may include weekend and night shifts.

Caregiver Preferred Requirements

A High School Diploma
First aid certification
Reliable transportation with liability auto insurance
Experience caring for seniors, persons with disabilities, or others who need assistance with activities of daily living.
