Executive Director
Melissa’s passion for caregiving is rooted in personal experience. She cared for her father from age 15 until his passing 9 years ago and, more recently, supported her grandmother in hospice. Through those experiences, she learned the importance of resilience, compassion and adaptability and gained a deep understanding of families’ needs.
Her professional experience also prepared her for success in the home care industry. Working in health care and service coordination, she has overseen the development and implementation of care plans, maintained open communication with families and worked closely with caregivers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
As Director, Melissa’s top priority is ensuring the safety, comfort and dignity of the seniors we serve. She is committed to providing extraordinary care to our clients while providing peace of mind to their loved ones. She is also committed to fostering a positive workplace culture, focusing on respect, teamwork and open communication.
Home care is personal to me. It’s about trust, dignity, and compassion—for both clients and caregivers. My goal is to ensure every person we serve feels valued, and every team member feels empowered to make a difference.
