Thomas McCulley
An incredible opportunity to serve seniors and elevate caregivers is what drew Thomas to HomeCare Advocacy Network.
Throughout his 17 year career in health care, he has seen many gaps in the system. He is committed to helping fill those gaps by providing exceptional care to help seniors live safely and independently at home for as long as possible.
In his current role, he prioritizes the quality and timeliness of care while fostering a thriving culture that makes clients, caregivers and others feel seen, heard and appreciated.
He looks forward to building meaningful relationships in the community while providing high quality care to seniors and their families.

Cyndi Fry
Director
With a career spanning many years in the healthcare field, Cyndi brings compassion, dedication, and hands-on experience to every role she takes on. She began her journey as a home health aide, driven by a deep desire to care for others. Over the years, she has served on a Hospice team, earned her certification as an EMT, and worked in both nursing homes and assisted living facilities—including as an Assisted Living Director. Her strength lies in understanding the full continuum of care and supporting teams that makes a real difference in people lives.
As director, Cindy prioritizes consistent, compassionate care designed to meet each client’s unique needs. She also is committed to fostering a positive workplace environment – one in which the compassionate men and women on her caregiving team feel supported, valued and heard.
Her favorite saying is “be the reason someone smiles today”. She’s committed to putting smiles on the faces of her team members and the seniors she serves.
