Tudor Oaks Home Care Joins the HCAN Family

There’s a new home care provider in Muskego, Wisconsin.

Supported by the HomeCare Advocacy Network (HCAN), Tudor Oaks Home Care is now actively hiring caregivers and serving area families.

“We’re thrilled to be working with the Tudor Oaks Home Care team,” said Mark Goetz, co-founder, and president of HCAN. “They understand senior care, and they are passionate about providing exceptional to seniors and families in the Muskego area.”

The new home care division is an extension of Tudor Oaks Senior Living, a community with strong roots in Muskego. Tudor Oaks is owned and operated by American Baptist Homes of the Midwest (ABHM), a nonprofit organization that currently provides care to more than 1,300 residents in seven Midwestern senior living communities.

“For more than 35 years, Tudor Oaks Senior Living has provided seniors with quality living and healthcare options,” said Carie Robbins, Tudor Oaks Home Care Director. “However, we know that an overwhelming majority of seniors want to remain in their homes as they age. With the new home care division, we can extend the love and compassion we show our residents outside the walls of the community and into the homes of area seniors.

Through its new home care division, Tudor Oaks trained, professional caregivers, will provide companionship, personal care, Alzheimer’s and dementia care, and other services designed to help seniors maintain their independence and age safely in their homes.

“Whether it’s a few hours a week or 24/7, our goal is to help seniors live safely and independently for as long as possible –  giving their families much-needed peace of mind,” Robbins said.

Tudor Oaks’ Home Care Division is supported by the HomeCare Advocacy Network (HCAN), a home care franchisor based in Omaha, Nebraska. As a franchise partner, HCAN experts will provide the structure, system support, and ongoing training

Over the next 12 – 18 months, Robbins expects to add nearly 50 new jobs and is actively recruiting qualified caregivers.

“Caregiving is more than a job, it’s a calling,” she said. “As we’ve learned over the past several months, caregivers provide an essential service in our community, so we are devoting a lot of time and energy into finding the right caregivers for the job.”
